Fermentation, Patiently: What’s Really Inside nuvio-AD

Fermentation is the one kitchen technique that cannot be hurried. The story of the three ingredients in every sachet.

Most of what we eat is made quickly. Fermentation is the great exception — the one technique in the kitchen that cannot be hurried, only waited for.

Tempeh takes days. Soy sauce, months. Some fermented foods are older than the languages used to describe them. Across Asia, fermentation has always been less a recipe than a relationship: you prepare the conditions, and then you let time do the part no machine can.

Why we chose fermented soy

When we designed nuvio-AD, we wanted its centre to be an ingredient with that kind of patience in it. Gastro-AD® is fermented soy — soybeans given time, under careful conditions, until they become something new. It’s a named, branded ingredient, which matters to us: you can look it up, and we can put it on the label without hiding it inside a vague word like ‘blend’.

The quiet work of enzymes

Alongside it sits DigeZyme®, a defined multi-enzyme blend. Enzymes are not exotic — they are in every ripe fruit, every fermented food, every kitchen. What a blend like DigeZyme® adds is precision: specific food enzymes, measured and stated, rather than guessed at.

The third ingredient is the one you taste first: cultured milk powder, the smooth and faintly sweet base that makes the sachet feel closer to a small dessert than a supplement.

Patience, in three grams

A sachet of nuvio-AD weighs three grams and takes less than a minute to dissolve on the tongue. But inside it is the slowest idea in food: that some things are better when nobody rushes them. We think the way you end a meal can carry that idea too.

nuvio-AD is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
