Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within Malaysia.

Delivery charges

  • RM10 flat rate for orders under RM200. That covers up to six boxes of nuvio-AD.
  • Free delivery on orders of RM200 or more, including the 3-Box Value Pack and the 6-Box Family Pack.

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are packed with care and sent from Kedah. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. If your order hasn’t arrived when you expect it, get in touch and we will follow it up with the courier.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, tell us and we will make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
