If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, that is always on us, with no fourteen-day limit. Let us know with your order number and a photo if you can, and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Because our products are food, we cannot resell opened or returned items. Apart from the Fourteen-Day Promise and damaged or wrong items, we do not accept returns of opened products.
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method. We will confirm by email once your refund has been processed.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Write to us through our Contact page with your order number. This policy does not affect your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.
